Happy Birthday!

Today is my birthday. I just turned 44, and I’m very happy!

There are several reasons why I’m feeling content, and not just today:

1. I’m no longer ashamed of my thoughts, opinions, feelings, and lifestyle.

2. I’m surrounded by warm, loving, friends and family who support me (see above).

3. Becoming a writer was my dream, and my dream has come true, thanks to YOU!

PS. Fun update! I was spontaneously hired at my kids’ pre-school as a music teacher. This is great synchronicity, as my first dream was to be a professional musician, but when I did that, it left me unfulfilled, so now, 20 years later, I get to do it again!
